Eurotec Concluding Its Efforts To Be Certified by IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System, A Must In The Automotive Industry

IATF 16949 is a Quality Management System intended for the automotive industry, which defines specific requirements of car manufacturers. It is developed by incorporating the requirements specific to the automotive industry into ISO 9001 Quality Management System. It basically relies on the understanding that will ensure continuous improvement and avoidance of errors.

IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System sets out the quality system requirements for the design, development, manufacture, assembly and servicing of automotive products. Along with this structure, there are also customer-specific requirements stipulated by vehicle manufacturers and auto parts manufacturers.

In addition to its current certified management systems (ISO 9001 Quality MS, ISO 14001 Environmental MS, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety MS, ISO 50001 Energy MS, ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction MS, ISO 27001 Information Security MS), eurotechas completed 85% of its efforts to be certified by IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System. It plans to obtain the new management system certificate by being audited in May.
